Here are the 10 Ways to be Motivated to Get up and Get Fit!
1. Go out and Shop for workout clothes
Oh well Papel, if your'e getting bored of working out with your plain gyms clothes, why not spice up a bit? go out and shop, Be Fab! Be the power dresser in your gym. I make sure i workout hard and still maintain a well dressed look.
2. Remember why you started
From a Shirt size Small i became a size Medium! and i dont look nice on it! hahaha im just 5'4 in height and that extra weight doesnt flatter me at ALL! it’s about remembering why you started in the first place, and asking if you really want to start all over again! NO MORE SIZE MEDIUM FOR ME! :)

3. Group Classes is the KEY
The energy of the group classes keeps me going in the moments that I want to quit. I feel like I’m accountable to keep at it for the full time. You never want to be the person who quits and leaves early.
4. Work out with people that will yell and cheer you on
Having people standing besides me, yelling when I’m stuck at the bottom of a heavy squat is the best motivator.
5. The Balance of FOOD and a Good Exercise
Food is Love! Eating is one of my hobbies,I LOVE TO EAT so working out gives me balance. Plus it’s great for fighting depression — a natural mood booster.
6. Bring out your Competitive Side. Compete with any/everyone
I secretly compete with whoever is exercising beside me, whether I know them or not. Whether its my gym crush! Hi YUM YUM hahaha, i want to show off my strength and endurance, that might be my key to his heart HAHAHA

7. Do it for the medal
Be the Race Bling Whore! hahaha Motivate yourself that every end of the race you are on, there is a post medal reward! YOU WHORE! hahaha
8. Think about how much stronger you’re getting.
From a 10kg KB Snatch, Now i can Snatch, Press and Jerk a 24kg KB. Knowing that your body just did something it couldn’t do a few weeks back is an amazing feeling. OH and having some ABS will motivate you aswell! :)
9. Have that Barkada Workout Session
Hangout and Workout Together nothing beats seeing the progress of your friends and together youre achieving your #fitnessgoals

10. Lastly, Listen to the voice inside you saying "I CAN DO THIS"
You are your own worst enemy, ignore the voice doubting yourself saying "You cant do this" , "Go Home You're not born strong" slash them out! “I can do this! I want to do this!” Thats your motivation! Workout, and live with the benefit!
