It Looks Like I Lose Weight, But The Scales Didn't Lie

When most people start a diet plan to loss weight, they have a goal weight in mind and then do regular weigh-ins with their personal scale to track the rate and if they have started losing weigth.
The crazy thing is, even though your clothes might fit better and you feel lighter, sometimes the scale will stubbornly stay put. It's demoralizing, sure, but also a good reminder not to get too hung up on what the number says.

In all photos, I weighed the exact same amount, 60kg
The number on the scale is only one unit of measurement
Stop  caring about the numbers , it is so freeing not letting this number control you!

If you've been working out hard in hopes of losing weight, but instead weigh more and appear thinner it may be because you have replaced body fat with lean muscle. The good thing is that more muscle means improved strength and energy, and a higher metabolism. When it comes to losing weight, it is more important to focus on fat loss rather than the number on the scale.

One Last thing, 
If you're unhappy with the number you see on the scale, then maybe you should skip your regular weigh-ins. Instead, use your clothes as a guide to how your body is changing.

The holiday season comes with good things: you get to spend time with your family, you give and receive presents, and you get to enjoy some delicious holiday dishes. Unfortunately, as the delicious dishes that decorate the dinner table also invite some seriously unhealthy binge eating. 

i have gained 4kg for the past months! shookt ako! 

i became lazy for the past months, my regular gym routine of 3-4 times a week naging once a week! jusko, eating became my hobby, kanin for merienda is life!  then this! hahaha 4 f*cking KiloGram! instant belt bag !
