life is too good to be sad, to be mad, to hold regret, to look back, and to be depressed
“Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do is in Harmony.” Mahatma Gandhi.
TANONG NG BAYAN: BAKIT BA MAHIRAP MAGING MASAYA?
Maybe because we have reached the point that our “comfort zone” isnt enough. that we feel that there is more waiting for us, doors that we need to open to improve.
Listed below are ways that i think can help us to feel happy, its hard to be happy everyday, but i hope what i listed below can help you improve your mindset about life! that life is too good to be sad.
CHOOSE TO BE HAPPY
Dont just sit around and wait for the perfect moment, life is too short for that to sit around.Happiness is a much longer and deeper journey. Its a daily battle to be happy, leave old habits and negative thoughts behind, [pati yung ex mong mukang paa, kalimutan mo na] and finally start making those simple changes that are gonna enable you to become a happier person day-to-day, such as forgive those who hurt you, relax lang beshie, you can’t control everything, smile a little more, be thankful, don’t pressure yourself [hindi ka naman karne, omg! waley] eat slower and enjoy every bite[lasapin mo ang linamlinam, yumshie]
LIVE IN THE MOMENT
Focus on the present, embracing the moments in the present, The past is over, we no longer have control of yesterday, let alone tomorrow. What we have is the present!
Today you’re healthy, today my pang starbucks ka [bukas 3in1, atleast kape padin], today the sun is shining, today you can breathe, today is today. Ask yourself, “Will I still have all these things tomorrow?” Well, … We can’t answer that for sure, but certainly, by living in the past or worrying about the future, we lose the life we have today, [aminin niyo powerful to]
SURROUND YOURSELF WITH POSITIVE PEOPLE.
Haven’t you ever noticed that it’s so tiring being around people who complain all the time, [Yung friend mo kudaera ng taon, AWARD!] who complains alot and unsatisfied with their lives? Have you noticed that it actually puts you in a bad mood too? Isn’t it frustrating when their unkind, impatient, and selfishness brings you down? Well, unfortunately, these people do nothing but hold us back,
When we’re around positive, grateful, enthusiastic people, we “get” their special positive energy. What’s even better, is that it makes the day spent with them more enjoyable, more rewarding, and even more productive.
STOP! List down all the good think happened to you this morning. What went well inspite of everything: no one yelled at you at work, , you lost 2 pounds, kumaway yung crush mo [kilig si ikaw?]. All this will help you become more conscious of just how lucky you are, and help you start the next day with more energy, ready to face those obligations of your adulting daily life.
stop looking for happiness and start living happiness.
